Ordering Procedure
How to Order
1. Select Product
Select “Add to Basket”, then “Proceed to Payment”
If you wish to order other products to the same delivery address, click “Proceed to Payment” or “Basket” after selection.
2. Click “Check Out” after selection.
3. Register as our member for the first time consuming at Rinato. Write down your name, telephone number and email address for our follow up and order confirmation. For the next time, login with your registered email address and the preset password
4. Select
l Delivery Service (Self pick-up/Delivery)
l Delivery Date
l Delivery Time
5. Write down the name and address of recipient.
6. Rinato will contact you for order confirmation within one working hour through telephone (Hong Kong) or email (Overseas)
Payment methods and details will be sent to you via email. Or you can login our website for payment.
7. Once the order is confirmed, the status will change from “Order to be confirmed” to “Payment to be settled”
The ordering procedure is complete after the payment.
Payment Method
1. Bank-in
Including Teller, ATM, Phone Banking, Online Banking. Please submit the bank-in slip / online captured photo to Rinato.
(Without supporting document is unacceptable)

2. Cheque
Cheque payable to “Tung Wah Group of Hospitals”
You can mail or submit the cheque by hand to Rinato.
*The order will be process after the transaction (around 2 working days)
3. Credit Card
All payment must be settled before delivery. In order to avoid any delay, we suggest you to settle the payment as early as possible. If customer has not made any special or urgent request with Rinato, Rinato would not start any product arrangement before settling the payment.
Delivery Service
1. The Service is charged according to the delivery district:
Self pick-up Free
Bouquet / Basket (If the location is remote and not close to MTR, additional charges may apply.)
Kowloon $50 / $80
Hong Kong Island $100 / $150
New Territories $100 / $120
Sai Kung $150 / $200
Islands & Lantau Island (Tung Chung、Ma Wan、Discovery Bay、Disneyland) $200 / $300
The delivery time is from 10:00am to 5:30pm, Mon to Sat (Closed on Sun and Public Holidays). If you would like to request for delivery other than this, please inquire first and extra cost may be needed.
If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning has been issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the delivery service will be stopped and to be rearranged (Except Easel Spray)
Attention
1. To ensure the kind of flower is available, it is suggested to make the order five working days before.
2. The kind of flower may be changed due to the supply shortage or season. In this occasion, notification will be made before order confirmation.
3. The products may not be as same as the photo shown as all the products are handmade and each flower has its unique growing pattern.
